Many cultures and people celebrate transitions from one phase of life to another, manifesting this transformation through grounding and opening practices, calling in the directions, using personal and collective symbols, rituals, and resources, affirming change. As we evolve and release layers of fear, and distress, we give thanks and offer blessings to all living beings and to all mystical and spiritual resources.
Growing and healing can happen in all sorts of ways, sometimes through our own hard work and sometimes spontaneously and miraculously. When we are able to clear away some of the blocks and barriers that keep us limited, we can open up to and manifest our deep dreams. Individual and community change can occur when we breathe rhythmically to become more present in our bodies, especially with human, spiritual, and other supports - along with safe spaces to hold us. Not only do we live in our physical bodies, I believe we are also emdodiments of Spirit. Individually and communally, we are showered by the Spiral of Light that beams down upon us, pervading us and others, and surrounding our bodies energetically.
Celebrations, ceremonies and rituals help us share collective energies which can enhance our growth and healing, as we share ourselves with others who are also opening up to Wonder and to the Divine. We want to find more ease in living in these human bodies so that we can experience the joy, ecstasy, and amazement of living our best lives!

Spiral of Liminal Light
Ghost of the dawn
Rising up from a black hole of
Dark, magnetic powers
She bursts forth shining.
Spiral of light
Piercing through space down
Down, down into the
Center of our bodies, minds, hearts
Into Mother Earth's grounds and waters
Into her crystalline core
Bridging and connecting us humans
To the darkness of the divine mysteries
To the brilliance of the sensual sun
To the galaxies and cosmos above us.
This light can penetrate and permeate us
Only if we choose to allow our resistances
To melt away, to dissolve
So that Spirit can enter by
Beaming spiraling rays of light
Inside us and all around us.
If we are not open or ready or
Choose not to surrender
These light rays will bounce off of us
Producing no harm at all.
Don't wait! Don't be late!
The new earth and the new human are
Being born at this exact moment in time.

Love, Compassion, and Peace
Beauty to behold
Almost unimaginably gigantic in this vision
Almost unimaginably profound
This visionary light streaks across
The cosmos, outer space, and our skies
Asking us to let go of these mantles
These confining cocoons.
A shake up is already occurring
Our systems and institutions crumbling
Some people feel knocked off balance
Some writhe in dismay, fearing the worst
Others grieve, wishing that the old would endure.
Even while we live in this chaos and confusion
Our lives are shifting from being merely humans
To becoming more highly embodied souls
Gracing us all
Supporting us all as vessels of
This Spiral of divine Light.
